UPDATE: After much waiting, we have finally signed an OFFICIAL AGREEMENT with the Lewis County PUD and have procured use of the Cowlitz Project Baseball Park off of Skate Creek Road. The area already has complete elk proof fencing, ground irrigation, a lot more room and a lot more sun exposure. It is time to start building! Join us: Saturday, June 7th // 9:30am-2:30pm Tuesday, June 10th // 9:30am-12:45pm we will be at the park beginning the construction of our three raised beds on these days. We realize that we are now late in the growing season but we are grateful to the PUD to have given us such a great space to work with. If we all work hard at the infrastructure, even if we don't get many crops this year we can still have a well-planned, ready-to-go space for next year!
